Shipping:

Ships within a week from my studio in Napa, CA. International Shipping customers will receive an additional invoice based on location and size, and are responsible for all import duties, taxes and other fees such as VAT or GST.

Framing suggestions (if needed):

Some works are framed, but if not I recommend using a "floating" method of framing. First, attach your art to an acid-free foam core lift, hidden behind the work but mounted to a supporting white mat. Second, use a spacer to create space between the plexiglass and the surface of your work. The result is a look that keeps your art "floated" in the center of the frame. The depth that the foam core lift creates adds a slight shadow around the art, drawing extra attention to what makes it special.

Returns:

I wish for you to be truly happy with your purchase. If not, please notify me at studio@carolynellis.com within 7 days of receipt. I will gladly issue a full refund for the cost of the artwork when it is returned to me undamaged within 14 days of your email notification. You will be responsible for return shipping. After the 14 days, no refund will be issued.

Any damage that takes place during shipping transit must be documented. Please alert me immediately and photograph the damage prior to opening the box.
